The Almond Garten makes and sells almonds, pecans and cashews that are coated with a glaze of cinnamon, sugar, vanilla and water. During the roasting in our authentic German copper kettles, a delicious aroma attracts the attention of festival goers and event attendees.
The Almond Garten was founded in 1988 by Sue True. When Sue married Mike Dayton in 1993, he joined her in the business.
You can find our booth or outdoor trailer throughout the year at various festivals, craft shows, Coliseum events, and fairs. See our calendar page to see where we will be. We are also at Glenbrook Mall in Fort Wayne during select times throughout the year and the Christmas season. A warm snack pack is a great treat as you are wondering through an event. Or take home a larger size in one of our authentic German cones. Mail orders are always welcome.
During the special seasons, we also sell specialty items such as chocolate covered nuts. We have tins and unique packages that make any of our nuts a great gift idea for those "hard to buy for" people. Special pricing is available for large orders -- think of us for your company's Christmas gifts.
